I grew up with Meadow Gold and I still like it today. Glad to see it was at the top of your rankings. I do like the Southern Comfort Vanilla one, but it is not "traditional", still good though. I agree the Darigold is good too but it is hard to find in my area. Califia? I don't know what is up with that company, but they have the most vile Almond Milk that I have ever tasted. It is no wonder their Eggnog is bad too. I wonder if the ones that had the chemical taste were trying to replicate boozy eggnogs. Just add Bourbon or Rum if you want that effect and taste. A co worker just mentioned Braums has good Eggnog. They are a regional burger place that has a small grocery store in it, of all things. Anyway, their dairy products are on point, so I am going to try their eggnog this week.
I live in the UK and just paid £8.00 to have some Eggnog shipped over, I just had to do it. The brand i got was Rose Hall, didn't see it in this video. But after watching your reviews, it's an 80% chance it's gonna taste like trader joe's. and the sink is the only one that will enjoy it. I just know it.
Not an easy test to make worthwhile for everyone since the brands in Salt Lake City are not the brands available everywhere. Eggnog is a dairy product, which spoils, so grocery stores in America tend to buy what is available from dairy farms closest to them. The exceptions may be Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, K-mart, etc., where many of us big-city eggnog drinkers do not buy our groceries.
My husband and I have an argument about darigold, I’m an eggnog snob lol and I’ve been telling him for years darigold is top tier the best. So glad this video confirmed my possible bias 😂😂😂
I am an eggnog snob too. I can tell the taste from the list of ingredients. I was surprised they liked the sugariest, thinnest eggnogs. I likeit thick! The first 3 ingredients can not include sugar or corn syrup- run away from corn syrup.
@@stretchwith Team Lactaid right here! I don’t care for the thickness of other Eggnogs. Lactaid brand is on the thinner side but it packs a great eggnog flavor!

You need to try ALL Promised Land milk products. By far the best milk you will ever have.

Up until I started making my own eggnog, Southern Comfort Traditional was my personal favorite.
