so glad a genre from mainly 80s movies was resurrected by so many amazing artists for a new generation and for us who loved the works or carpenter etc but Dance with the Dead were the first band I found that had brought the sound back, better than ever and still the best at what they do. Today just like her ghost, this track haunts me. ;)

At this point in my life, based not only on my own personal experiences but also those of people I know and cases I’ve read about, I’m certain we are at times metaphysically led to events and information by disembodied entities at key points in our lives. Sometimes the event we are led to is even made very obvious to us intentionally. In your case, she most likely was aware of how much you cared for her, how much her passing hurt you, and she wanted to leave a message to simply communicate her awareness of your state and that she cares back. My mother’s closest sister died about two months ago. A few days afterwards, while my mom was out eating with my father, her cup suddenly slid several inches across the table and stopped without spilling. My mom and dad both looked at each other and asked if the other saw what just happened. She checked under the cup and nothing suggested that the slide was physically possible. She then said she saw a vision in her minds eye of a very young and happy girl, wearing some sort of a white robe. With this vision came the understanding that the girl was her recently deceased sister. The girl in the vision was pushing a cup with her finger and giggling; the vision appeared to be a sort of time-lapse, showing unseen details behind the cup sliding phenomenon. When mom was telling me the story, she was remembering how her sister used to be very lighthearted when they were both young and used to like to play pranks like that.
Sometimes the dead have a way of speaking to the living without using words. I didn't understand then but i think i do now the people i cared about that are gone never really left me maybe they led me here

I heard this one first in the virtual reality game Holoball and the sunset neon one in Synth Riders, but I had to look them up outside of the VR games to see what else was out there. In addition to Dance with the Dead, Zombie Hyperdrive and Scandroid are pretty good too.
