    This is reallyhelp I'm working on my credit to get to 620 because I heard that was the minimum credit score to participate in this program I'm pretty close to that score.

    I got a place in Georgia thru this program and to be honest, it's cheaper than paying re t but more stressful because H.O.A requires you to have multi yearly services from pressure washing your drive, to roof inspections. Plus the hoa fees and mandatory costs of land tree maintenance. It's not what I thought it would be

      How much more do you end up paying for the extra fees?

    Too bad the light on the screen makes it hard to read. I really wanted to be able to take notes.

      If you jack up your screens lighting it makes it somewhat more readable.

      This is hardly "affordable housing", none making under at least $50,000 a
      year can buy it, and this isn't the sort of "affordable housing" we
      need anyway because we need "low-income housing", "subsidized" etc.
      This place is just a panacea for you wealthy people and does nothing for
      the people you're paying slave wages to.

    • @gabrielesparza4
      @gabrielesparza4 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No you need a job median credit score etc

    • @jessicaortiz4574
      @jessicaortiz4574 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You probably wouldn't qualify right now. If you don't have a job, you should start with that. Get a secured credit card. Meaning you pay from your own money to be put into a card. Those cards usually start at $200 and up. You only use less then 30% of the amount you put in. Never spend more. So just use it to pay Netflix or something small like that. Make sure you pay it on time. That's how you will be able to establish credit. Start saving money now even if it's only $50 a month. So by the time you're in a better place you'll have money for a down payment and closing cost. It's good that your looking into it now. I'm 30 years old and barely starting this process. Good luck.

      Depends on the cost of living in your area. 80% of median income in my area is under $99k. Wealthy is subjective to the cost of living. $50K in NYC, San Francisco, etc you're in poverty, but you're doing just fine in Mississippi.
