- What would winter be without goodies? Not to mention these gogosari in tomato sauce for winter. They are exactly what you need, they have gogosari, they do! They have vinegar and you can call them gogosari in vinegar, you can! They also have mustard seeds in the sauce, they do! so you can also call them gogosari in mustard sauce.
They are for winter! so you can also call them gogosari for winter. But when you make them with a tomato sauce with garden tomatoes, or when you add a homemade tomato paste made in a cast iron cauldron, then everything is superb.
Below you have the list of ingredients for gogosari in tomato sauce (or tomato paste), with mustard seeds, with everything you need. And you can find the recipe steps by watching this video.

Ingredients:
2 kg of gogosari peppers, cleaned of stems and seeds (approximately 3 kg whole);
150 ml water;
150 ml vinegar;
150 ml sunflower oil;
20 gr mustard seeds;
30 gr sugar;
8-10 gr salt (any kind);
1 level tablespoon of whole peppercorns;
200 gr tomato paste (tomato sauce);
Sterilize the jars at 170 degrees for 20 minutes and fill them while they are hot. Put the lid on and cover them with a blanket for 2-3 days until they cool completely.
