- Hey folks,
had a little wander around costco and picked up a few things, so have done a price and content review on them to see how they compare!
Take a look, let me know what you think?
**edit, at the start of the video I have the prices and tin quantity the wrong way around for the tesco and spam, its corrected later in the video folks*
#costco #prepper #bushcraft #tuna #spam
Good video, and great information on nutritional value, and saving yourself a couple of quid goes a long way these days 👍
Appreciate the feedback buddy
Glad you made the comment about having to use the larger tins up in a short space of time. Great for large families though 👍
Even smaller families but you got to be aware you have time constraints, suitable storage can push that time out a bit though.
I have come to the conclusion with living alone the smaller items are a better option unless I prep meals and freeze them from the larger items. Which is of course an option.
👍
Have tried the tuna and its really good, not seen that ham in the aisle though......Nice one.
That's the kind of comments I like, its good to get feedback on taste etc from as many folks as possible.
Appreciated, SP
i’ve never heard of that brand the big tin where did you buy it
Costco mate

@@ELUSIVEDARTMOOR same isle both tins buddy
@@Scottishprepper73 ❤️
I’ve tried it, found it to be ok and will definitely buy some more
The tinned chicken in costco is great for storage
It is indeed, I bought some last time, it's pricey though I think it wad about 18 quid for 6 tins?
@@Scottishprepper73 yeah I bought some today, it wasn't so long ago it was £13, didn't see the big tins of chopped ham though at the Haydock branch.
@@greatgalar5772 got mine from the Glasgow site, aye food prices gone bonkers
They are really good value for a family, but I would be eating either for at least a week 🙂
Sound is a lot better in this video, you using a new mic ?
Not sure re sound to be honest, same old crap mic lol
@@Scottishprepper73 Well it sounded a lot better
@@Lee_Proffit I have a new blue tooth mic but it's still to get set up, it's on the list.
@@Scottishprepper73 Ah lists, mine just keep getting longer, even when I tick things off 😞
@@Lee_Proffit aww mate don't, I know how you feel. It never ends does it
Great info😊
Appreciated
Not seen them in our Costco 🤔
They were in the Isle with the tins , I just noticed them when I bought the tuna
im confused... are you pointing to the wrong ones...... £1.80 x 5.3 tins.... thats under £10 and 9 tins of spam at 3.50..... isnt £16 lol im so confused!!!
My bad mate, the first time I point out the costs and number of tins I have the tesco and spam the wrong way around mate, I correct it later in the video, but once I saw what I'd done and that it got corrected I couldn't be arsed re making the video lol
@@Scottishprepper73 sorry it fried by brain hahaha
@UKUrbanPrepper lol I am too lazy to change it buddy, it's corrected further in the vid , I'm a terrible you tuber lol
You have to be price savvy
Absolutely, tesco for example sell double pack of tuna as a bulk deal for 7.50..
But ..if you buy the two packs separate it's, 50 pence cheaper!
@@Scottishprepper73 they do the same thing here, they are sneaky and you have to take extra time to weigh the difference and value.
@@bonniewatson178 definitely!!
