As always simply amazing and beautiful. You can always turn a piece of cake into a piece of art. They always look too good to even cut but honestly I can't wait to taste one of your recipes made by you. I'm always afraid I don't make them exactly the same way. Keep on caking.

Hi Mary, Yes definitely. This was just to give you an idea of how it would look with fondant, but you could definitely use icing too.
