The Dishwasher example is an excellent way to communicate a profound truth of improvement opportunities. I just wish my own kids would do the dishes without asking.

The exercise does improve on the task, but putting all of the same type of silverware together can cause them to "nest" together in a way that prevents them from being cleaned well. just saying.

Great video! I would like your thoughts on how to incorporate other aspects into decision making such as exercise (that can be considered desirable) and the nesting of the silverware that may decrease cleanliness.

Great video! I suggest loading the silverware with the business end down. They get just as clean, and grubby hands unloading the dishwasher are not touching where Mouths will go later.

The silver loading team and the unloading operator ... funny.
Still don't get what kaizen is though... It's making a (few) improvements... so that's all ?
