The nine tails was never a bad guy. He was just used by bad guys (mostly by uchihas who could control him with their sharingan) he was sealed away because people like madara and obito kept controling him. You cannot blame him for hating humans. All he wants is freedom and that was taken away by Madara,Obito,Hashirama,Minato,Kushina,Naruto and Mito.

This was so sad. The nine tails may have seemed like a jackass, but what he was really fighting for was the ability to keep his own fate in his own hands. He seen Naruto do so much but he wasn't ready to let go and trust Naruto. The nine tails fought his hardest (to the extent he could seeing that his power was split up) and fell. Almost brought tears to my eyes when he lost- the helplessness he must have felt. But Naruto promised to never do wrong by him so that's what we're betting on.

I think this is hands down one of the most well-made boss fights in video gaming history because it is very engaging, sticks with you emotionally, and the animations are just juicy enough that it felt satisfying even if it's an easy fight.
