- The title did say all attacks and abilities but the dude just uses one thoughout the movie. The Goe Goe no Mi is a movie-only Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create beams of sound that look like energy beams by shouting. It was eaten by Eldoraggo, the main antagonist in the first movie.
On a side note, this fruit is the first non-canon Devil Fruit.

yea the blues have a lot of non-devil fruit using scrubs. Even when they do get a devil fruit they use it like this guy. One dimensionally, no creativity or innovation with their fruit just the bare basics with it. Like that bomu bomu guy, but that guy was in the grand line but still the new world is way ahead

This guy's fruit is about attacking with his scream, and yet Kaido, who doesn't have a fruit that makes his screams Destructive and powerful, has done more damage with his shout than the guy who has a fruit that's all about screaming.

This devil fruit used by someone with creativity and the ability and patience to master it could be incredibly strong, at the right frequency it could literally vibrate the body to death or fry the body to death by vibrating the particals around the victim till it becomes boiling
Yeah devil fruits like these are heavily limited by the users ability to think outside the box. Fruit would be even deadlier in the hands of a giant.
There is a sound that can't be heard by our human earth wich could still kill uss at the right frequencies

This fruit has alot of potential i mean alot. Sound waves alone have alot of specialty, ranging from being able to levitate tons of stuff, mimicing sounds of whales to completely deafen someone, or just literally crushing them.
And this guy just uses it as Kamehameha.
And Corazon would have loved to have to face a guy with that ability. Literaly the best match for him!

It would be cool if Franky had this fruit. When he uses it he would yell SUPER!!! While the laser comes out. That would be kind of cool.
If it applied to sound other than his voice, it would be pretty cool. i.e Snapping and clapping would have different attacks

@@makalaka1190 no I mean like it really solidifies the fact that it did, the digital animation of the actual series makes it feel more modern but cel animation makes it look more nostalgic, I'm a more recent One Piece fan so it always seemed like something that started in the mid 2000s rather than late 90s, this makes it feel more like that

With the power of a decade of hindsight, I now realize that if anything this man was lucky to get stopped by Luffy when he did. Any attempt to go further in the Grandline would have ended in this man getting brutally murdered or worse. He was an idiot with no real power or skills to fall back on after his devil fruit power.
Well this was in the east blue, and Eldoraggo was only after Woonan's treasure, so I don't think he would've ever tried taking to the Grand Line, especially since his bounty was a pathetic 10 Million Belis

Just think of some of these ppl made it to the new world and refined they devil fruit like luffy and others did he would be a serious problem like how he could lower the build up time or more powerful
Luffy won through plot armor at the end there. That was an honest to God kameha meha wave, and Luffy held it back for like, 10 seconds with his body. I could maybe believe him slapping it to the side or something, but that should've pushed for a long time, like Cooler into the sun, or gone through his body like when Frieza killed Vegeta.
If you accept it's like a concussive wave and not a thermal blast this is possible i guess, like how Luffy deals with bullets.

It takes too long to charge, is extremely slow in its attack speed, and honestly doesn't do much damage compared to guys like Mr. 5. I guess if you were maybe raiding a kingdom and had to knock down walls on land it would work, but otherwise is an extremely underwhelming fruit.
