Sir what happens if entire heat pipe is placed on a hot material
if that happens then there will be no condenser in the heat pipe since both of its end exposed to the heat source both of its end act like evaporator from there continuously vapourization of liquid in the heat pipe takes place since there is no condenser there at that moment all the liquid inside of it convert to vapour when that happens the temperature of heat pipe will increase beyond the saturation temperature of the working liquid and it fails to transfer the heat.
