Then the crucial part, that is missing, is: You need to extend 2 small tubes which are inside outer shell and holding it out while inserting inner part of lens. There are 2 pins (you can sse one on 26:19) with coresponding grooves inside. Those pins won't fit when 2 small outer tubes are retracted.
It is very easy to scratch the aspherical element because it It is made of a plastic compound. Use a microfiber cloth (not lens tissue) and very light pressure. I learned this the hard way.
