Thanks for your suggestion perhaps if I was making certain other type of vanilla or chocolate cake it would have made sense to show by pressing cake ; though I also don’t want to mislead viewers by pressing cake from all sides as there is difference between banana walnut cake and regular sponge cakes. Here the hero is the unique recipe - no sugar, no butter, no Maida - and viewers are expected to understand that when the cake rises it is soft and spongy
