The ice dinosaur has an ability that makes its attacks ice type yeah. Specifically normal moves into ice type iirc. I have it on Sword and Shield, and I have a shiny Noivern. But I don't have Nintendo online right now
Yeah and if it used takedown on another ice type Pokemon, they'll resist it for example. Froslass will probably still take a lot of damage cause ghosts other than Drifblim and Dusknoir are really frail defensively
