I have seen this before, It is an outside bar, followed by a series of inside bars, that takes out the high, and reverses. It looks like some kind of price rejection. And looks good, if you do not go into chop.

Notice, the first exhaust ion bar immediately produced a rally and the second required substantial time to rally.

I got lot from this one, especially the 200 period MA as a retracing indicator showing the bottom of the move. The big was the double bottom tail pattern that also indicates the bulls on parade.

THOSE TWO LARGE BARS ARE ALSO COMMONLY CALLED EXHAUSTION BARS...however, Oliver has taught us that a rally might not occur for some time until the time has made the radical plunge less of a threat to traders.Notice both times the mkt eventually rallied. The bears believed the mkt might continue its decline and the bulls were still traumatized by the huge plunge. Eventually the bulls got past their fear of continued declines, and the bears threw in the towe having waited too long.
