Good morning sir deputy supreme commander. Communist faction is becoming stronger nowadays. In President Marcos Sr time, he declared Martial Law to defend the country from communist anarchy over the entire Phil. Archipelago. Now, they changing tactics by using money to corrupt government officials and to positioned themselves in the national and local government seats. Upang madaling pabagsakin ang democratic government, and turned the Philippines into a people's communist republic, with a communist chairman. It's already visible. And possible, China will support the CCP-NPA as their communist commonwealth government. NTF-ELCAC is the counter measure for CCP activities. Pero ngayon wala halos pondo ang commission kaya hindi ito makakilos ng maayos samantalang ang CCP/NDF/NPA ay bumabalik sa dati nitong lakas.. at lumalakas pa dahil sa PLA.
