Hi, I believe if you are absolutely new, then start with the free tools. Helium 10 chrome extension is also good and gives you a lot of data. It is good to start with and get a basic understanding. Go for a paid tool once you are sure and are ready to take your research to the next level. Even then, I would not suggest going for the starter pack blindly as the features are too limited. Iska ek he solution hai, keep a track ki kya same name and account se fake complain ho rhi hai. If yes, talk to seller support but solution thoda muskil he hai iska. Baaki exact product and issue dekh kar he suggest kar paunga
