    I don't think homekraft can be considered as semi premium, pious orchards starts with 3cr and goes upto 5+ cr, that qualifies as premium and not semi premium.

      Pious Orchard is indeed a premium project primarily because of its unit sizes. However, the unit sizes in ATS Floral Pathways do not fall into the premium category.

      @@whitehatrealty I still think price decides if the project is premium or not and not the size , pious hideaways has size of 1675 but the current price is around 2.3 cr , which would bring it to the premium category.

      788 Apartments in 5 Acre means 156 Apartments per Acre which can be considered as little over mid density project. Tower count is 12 because its provides 2 flats per floor with 2 lift. Thats the special or premium layout designs which is highly beneficial for end users.

    Location is a drawback becoz of industrial area and even density is very high. Entry road of the project is narrow. Plz review vvip namah and aig Royal park
