  • Week 2 is often referred to as the week of twos. It's the week when the embryoblast, extraembryonic mesoderm and trophoblast each separate into two distinct layers. Additionally, there are two cavities that develop within the embryonic unit at this time as well. The following questions would be answered in this video:
    What happens in the second week of embryonic development?
    What are the 4 stages of embryonic development?
    What is the fertilized egg called after about 2 weeks of development?
    What are the 5 stages of embryonic development?
    How long does it take for a blastocyst to implant?
    Where does blastocyst implant in uterus?
    What happens in the blastocyst stage?
    What helps blastocyst implantation?

    I hope that you are fine and doing well
    You said in the video that at day 10 primitive yolk sac form but the primitive yolk sac form at day 9.
    At day 9 at the embryonic pole flattened cell probably originating from the hypoblast from a thin membrane call exocoelomic membrane or Heuser membrane lines the inner surface of cytotrophoblast then this membrane form a new cavity called primitive yolk sac.
    I can say that at day 10 no significant events occurs.

    • @Pathology_OG
      @Pathology_OG 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@animatedbiologywitharpanit is via the help of proteolytic enzymes secreted by syncitiotrophoblast that the blastocyst implants. If syncitiotrophoblast does not release the proteolytic enzymes, the blastocyst can never penetrate the endometrium..
      Hence when you are writing that cytotrophoblast are responsible for implantation, it's wrong.

    Which stage of implantation does implantation bleeding ? Is it at the beginning or after it has fully implanted?

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  ปีที่แล้ว

      Implantation bleeding is defined as a small amount of light spotting or bleeding. It typically occurs about 10 to 14 days after conception. Implantation bleeding is common, and it usually isn't a sign of a problem. Implantation bleeding is thought to happen when the fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the uterus

    What appears in the extraembryonic mesoderm?

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The extraembryonic mesoderm supports the epithelium of the amnion and yolk sac as well as the villi, which arise from the trophoblastic tissue. It also is involved in the development of the fetal blood. The extraembryonic mesoderm of the chorion, chorionic villi, and body stalk originates in the caudal margin of the primitive streak which develops in 12- to 14-day human and macaque embryos.
