New Holland 544 crop cutter round Baler net wrap fix !

I've the exact same baler never had a problem with the net,one thing I noticed with yours there's a big build up of dust behind the duck bill,also the where the duck bill pivots can seize. Bought a roll of net last week here in Ireland cost 240 euro crazy price.

It was a bent knife fella, the knife wasn’t going all the way home up against the bar to cut the wrap, yep cracking Baler 👍
( ps I did make a cock up and broke the chain turning the big roller at the bottom the other day but that was operator error 😂 )
