I liked a lot of things about this walk in New York. At Bryant Park, skating and its surprising little saucers on ice that are reminiscent of bumper cars. The old carousel too. Hérald Square with this magnificent monument to the glory of the founder of the newspaper of the same name and Macy's, a legendary store. The majestic Empire State Building and Dyer Avenue and Hudson Yards, with over 100 stores. Mercado's Little Spain with lots of tempting Spanish products. The Vessel, to finish, which sits on a square decorated with illuminated trees of the most beautiful effect. Thank you Alice 😀😀😀😀😀

What an amazing area I loved the Bryant Park area and the Hudson yards. The Mercado Little Spain market was amazing, the shrimp dish and the octopus dish looked wonderful but I agree I prefer to put the spreads on my bread myself I do not like it soggy. Thank you Alice for another wonderful walk. 💞💞💞
I also ordered in Mercado Little Spain the gambas, love the callos, the pulpo was soft and spicy. Also love their mussels and their bread perfect to dip with olive oil then paella. Perfect for tapas on late afternoon with sangria… For dessert, I ordered the churros with chocolate dip. Love that area ❤️
What could be nicer than a good meal after a cold winter walk 🥰? I love seeing when you award your food points. Just watching I got an appetite 🍤🍷🦑. I saw at first glance which dish got a not so good rating😉, and yes you are right, in Spain there are always fresh tomatoes that you spread on the bread yourself🍅🥖. It doesn't matter, even if everything isn't always perfect, the main thing is that everything else was good, then such a small tomato mishap is forgiven 🍅😉. The way the camera moves, allowing the viewer to experience the place as if they were there. The choice of shops and other venues, also highlighting architectural points of interest as well as natural beauty and seasonal changes. I have a question for you. I noticed that when you show temperature, height etc you always kindly put the metric equivalent as well ( thank you !) I know that in the US you use what is called "customary", but if someone, a foreign visitor, enters a shop in the market and asks, let's say, for half-a-kilo of a certain cheese, will the shopkeepers understand what the person is talking about ? Do the scales ever show metric ? Would they be helpful or dismissive ? I'm obviously talking about the more upmarket shops, like the ones that usually feature on the videos.Thank you
