I hate that you can’t call anyone!! That’s one thing I liked about Delta when they delayed us. Delta has a great customer service and they really made up for it! Great review!!💚💚💚
All the charges that were once included with your fare, but no longer, are why we fly with Southwest whenever we can. However, I have puchased Frontier's "Go Wild" fall and winter pass, so I'm looking forward to using it. I will not purchase snacks on an airplane. I refuse to pay for them! LOL! I agree! If I can book with southwest I will just for the extra bags I can bring. I hate the no assigned seats however, I always get stuck in the middle. I’m sure you will have a blast enjoying that past! Glad you found this video helpful 😉
Good review sis 💚. I've only flown Frontier once, a last minute flight due to death in family. Going was ok, returning was an experience to say the least. I usually fly Southwest, but like you mentioned, wherever my coins stretch. Southwest isn't always the cost effective choice. Especially the last couple years📈.

IJS I hear that now frontier counter people now are getting paid for the number of people paying before they board the airplane 😢😡🤬🤔 I've had them ask me to place my bag in the bin... And it fit stop playing with me! But I have also used a pillow case and put clothes inside (not a lot maybe 3 outside) they didn't even ask about that 😂🤫
Frontier IS as bad as everyone says! Me and 55 other people who were standing in the ticket line for over an hour at the Las Vegas airport can tell you that. We had lots of time to talk about how we will never fly Frontier again. Our flight was delayed, causing us to miss our connection in Denver. Their solution? We can just stay in the airport for 20 hrs and catch a flight at 6 a.m. Meanwhile, we could not even get our luggage because we couldn’t get through the ticket desk line fast enough to have it removed. It’s not a discount if you don’t actually get where you’re going.
Sorry this has happened to you, I would be frustrated about this situation as well, I’ve seen situations like this happen with many airlines . Hope you got home safely !

Yay! You made it to Vegas for a great price. I was so bummed when they canceled your flight to Atlanta and we didn’t get to hang out. I’m glad they compensated you! Atlanta airport is always busy, and I was like OMG when you said FLL is not crowded. We still need our redo💃🏽 I would fly with them again for nonstop flights. Frontier seems to always have layovers in Florida often coming from ATL just like southwest and I dislike that. For a friend trip/solo trip, I’d definitely let them pick my seat. I did that for Mexico last year and it was just fine. However, if I’m going with bae I’ll pay that $30 to pick one next to him in the middle area. I don’t plan to for my luxury travel experiences this year. Girl that seat looked tight for your legs 😭

As long as your bags fit into the bag sizer and if you understand that you are flying a no frills, budget airline that more than likely might include delays, you can make this work. We had lots of time to talk about how we will never fly Frontier again. Our flight was delayed, causing us to miss our connection in Denver. Their solution? We can just stay in the airport for 20 hrs and catch a flight at 6 a.m. Meanwhile, we could not even get our luggage because we couldn’t get through the ticket desk line fast enough to have it removed. It’s not a discount if you don’t actually get where you’re going.

I just had a 2 hour delay with Delta so all airlines have delays. I never flew frontier but I definity will try them now.
