Thane's prayer for you and Jennifer Hale's voice acting in this scene always gets me everytime. I did a similar romance route you took, romancing both Liara and Thane and it was such a bittersweet experience.
Kolyat's prayer is more powerful when you remember that young Drell no longer following their ancient religion was one of the things Thane was sad about in ME2. Also, it took me until today to realize Kai Leng's eyewear is the Delumcore Overlay that Shepard can buy later.

Well, Shepard is part machine now after being rebuilt by Cerberus. Maybe she got momentarily lost gazing into his deep grey cybernetic eyes? Or maybe it’s like the classified directive from Robocop, and Cerberus added a forced attraction to anyone with a Cerberus logo on?
I mean from Kaiden’s perspective you joined a human terrorist group in ME2 after seeing barbaric Cerberus experiments in ME1. Yes, you know you joined for the right reasons but everyone else doesn’t. I would be hella suspicious of my recently alive friends suddenly joining a group we saw do horrible things. Sometimes trust isn’t enough

i totally get it too and you see how cerberus brain washes/experiments people they rebuilt shep, he has a right to be wary one of his fears is they implanted something in shep's head to control them and that's totally valid because even miranda says she wanted to do (plant a control chip) that but the illusive man didn't let her between cerberus and the reapers it's really hard to trust in fact, i find it more odd other squadmates trust shep so easily on mars he says he wants to trust shep is the same as before but the whole situation is hard and when it comes to protecting the council he's taking shepards word over people the galaxy needs to protect the most at this time as much as i don't like the council, they still are the galaxies leaders and things are fragile enough with the war so whther they choose to trust shep or not (which kaiden ended up doing) it's completly understanble to me it's just so many people have played shep for so long (player bias) they feel betrayed if the characters don't completely cater to them and believe everything when if you just take a second to put yourself in their shoes it's 100% understandable and again, like i said cerberus was so close to actually putting a control chip in shep's head kaiden/ash would be right in that instant how are they supposed to know?
Combat tips: Heavy Pistols are best used for longer range shots while in cover. Suggest using the N7 Eagle, it has good damage, large ammo clips and is accurate. Shotguns are what you use after charging in. Being able to fire fairly rapidly is very handy, as you want to take multiple enemies out while they've been stunned by the blast after you charge them. N7 Crusader is a good choice, as it has more shots before you need to change heat clips. N7 Piranha is an automatic shotgun and can do heaps of damage in a short time, which also makes it a good choice. Except on harder difficulties because ammo becomes an issue as it's easier to miss shots with it firing on automatic. I'd suggest not using SMGs. Or at least only when out of ammo for other weapons. They are inaccurate at range, don't do much damage per shot and you need to have lots of time out of cover to kill anything, which means you're going to get shot more. Having one with as big a damage bonus from mods as possible, with a big weight reduction mod and you can use it as a last resort, but if you use them a lot, it's going to get you killed. I noticed you using the Geth plasma SMG, and while it does some decent damage, it needs to rev up over time. It's a good little gun when it gets up to speed, but it takes too long to get there and then you need to reload as soon as it does.
The Mass Effect series was one of the only series I played where I genuinely felt something for my squad members. Usually your squad mates are boring side characters that you just use to distract your enemies but not on ME nope
I've been seeing your run of the ME and I know how heartbroken you were with Thane's death because I was the same too. We know he's dying from the first moment we meet him and yet I couldn't help to helplessly fall for him. It really hurt and that's why I wrote him a whole ass fanfic to save him lol. I don't mean to spam, I'm just saying that his romance hit the strongest for me in the entire ME universe (on a first run I romanced Garrus and I love him but Thane just hits differently.)

In Defense of those who favor Ashley I will only say that had she lived you would gotten to see her grow & renounce her xenophobia... She died a hero, its as good a death as anyone can ask for but it closed the path that could have seen her become a truly worthy human being.... and that is sad... The game has a lot of sad choices Kaidan Alenko is ultimately a better choice to keep alive for his Abilities & knowing he suffers the migraines but fights anyway regardless his personal pain it costs him makes him a compelling character... if bland compared to other Squad mates.. LOL

I know this is an old stream, but someone in chat should have told you charge and nova go hand in hand. It doesn't really make sense to have one without the other. The only way for nova to be effective is to charge into your enemies.
