    Now that you know something like this is possible, it now becomes a must have option.
    Even without the island, that table is the best I’ve ever seen. I have alway disliked tables like is in motor homes. They would say you could just pull it out a bit to make it a four person table, but trust me, it’s not comfortable. I’ve always thought that putting a leaf or two in the table, would make the table a truly four person table. You never know, maybe a six person table.
    But this table design is better than anything I could think of, it is perfect. The way you’ve put this together, it will be a must have item. Making this floor plan, a lot of people would no even look at other companies, and sole spec your RV. Whoever came up with this design, should get a raise. Their design is a game Changers, in my opinion that is.

      I agree give them a raise and have them focus on more flexible/adaptable use ideas...look at the Coachman Encore 325SS underbed storage system...great idea to get daytime use out of the bedroom...dual use as office or homeschool area would be awesome. Rob

      @@fleetwoodrv I have this EXACT RV in every way and my one thought (now having taken our first trip in it) would be for the magician developers to find a way to make it a drop-down table and also keep all the current features. Good luck! :)

    Love the floor plan, especially the dinette table. I would love to see this in a bunkhouse as well.

    • @rcarey3965
      @rcarey3965 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fred I agree on bunkhouse model! Add 4’ the bunk & 2nd full bath...that table mechanism is awesome - they could also make it slide so it could extend to the island and connect to add support and provide more countertop. Have you seen the underbed storage system in the Coachman Encore 325SS? It effectively has the king mattress on a Murphy bed that flips up the bed to reveal a mirror and storage with 2 seats to get dressed more easily. I think it would be great to convert during the day to a homeschool area with wall mounted flip up desks or a single drop down desk for a office area. Getting daytime functional use out of the space is awesome and dual use/flexible space is key! Rob

    I am so glad someone came up with the idea of putting a island in a class A that works. I just wish that it was longer where you could have made a half bath and then a full bath in the back that would be the perfect RV

    Great floor plan. I would like to see this in a

      Now that we figured out how to make a floorplan with an island functional we can now incorporate it into other floorplans as the market calls for it. Yes, the microwave is a convection microwave. The tile floors are heated in the living area. As far as the induction cooktop goes. It is a fixed cooktop ( not removable ).

    I think you have just created the new "base" design for a class A. I would suggest taking it to 38' so you could put a pantry beside the Refrigerator and 2 sinks in the bathroom on the other side. And my big complaint about so many of your floorplans, put the Lounge TV on a televator so you can put the TV down and have another large window in your lounge. Thanks.

    Love this floor plan and kitchen design. I wish it came with a 3 burner gas stove and oven. My husband hates the convection ovens so it’s a no go with the convection oven. 😞

    • @fleetwoodrv
      @fleetwoodrv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry to hear that, the convection ovens have come a long way and are a great option.
      The 3 burner cook top is not an option for the Discovery as it is an all electric coach. No propane, which means no need to fill up that tank before you trip. When you get to the campground you aren't using up propane, you are using the campgrounds electric.

      Yes, There is a lot of exciting thing happening in the class A market. There is a lot of differences between manufactures. As far as insulation goes Fleetwood offers a laser cut, high density bead foam. Newmar uses Batt insulation, same as a residential home.

      Hello,
      Each of these features achieves different tasks. Your King Satellite give you the ability to receive satellite television channels by adding a direct tv or dish receiver. Your Wingard air 360 is basically your antenna. We boost is going to boost your cellular signal. and your Wi-Fi Ranger will boost existing Wi-Fi signals or provide Wi-Fi service if you have subscribed to a data plan. I hope this helps explain what these features do. Thanks for watching and commenting !!!

      The video is a little misleading... there is absolutely NO cut-off of the TV screen in the "living room" area. The cushions only cover about 1/8" inch of the TV but none of the picture, just the TV's edge and the sensor area, which is moved to the top of the TV so no problem there. We have this exact RV. :)

      Beky,
      There is a storage area right by the drivers left leg. That would be a great spot to put important documents that you may need quickly. As far as the captain chairs, Yes they both spin around to add additional seating to the living area.

      Brandon,
      If you decide to go with a Discovery 36Q we can always submit a "SOC" (special order change) to have an electric fireplace installed. Our engineering team reviews the request and decides if we are able to make the changes while staying compliant with all regulations and within a reasonable cost.

      Chris,
      Thank you for your interest in the 36HQ. It is possible to operate the microwave while it is closed up by reaching over the island. I am 5'8" and have no problem reaching the controls. A young child may have issues though. As far as the bottom of the TV being cut off. There is a small piece at the bottom that is hidden behind the cushions.
