You have to be accurate on your taps, as you need to hit PERFECTs, plus having high stats (and stat-boosting Supoorts) on your characters. Also, check if your Rayleigh is Super-Evolved since his Special is more powerful, and make sure you’re using your Specials ONLY after enemy hits you a second time; he has to debuff himself and that’s when you have to attack. Hope you can sort the problem out!
You can try with V2 (DEX) Sabo or VS Ace. With Sabo you’ll need to farm matching orbs, though. With Ace you’ll be able to use the VS Special, if I’m not mistaken.
V3 Katakuri team is so easy. I think you could probably even get by without cora support so no special supports necessary. Thank you for posting!

If you have Luffy/Hancock you only need an Orb Booster; Nami/Robin has a 2.5x for INT, they might be the best option.

Depends on many factors: ship, CC, Supports, LB… what team are you using? Maybe we can sort it out

I guess the stat boosts overall aren't QUITE as high, but does that make THAT much of a difference?
Try using 6+ V1 Doffy as Support on Vasco Shot and it should be enough to clear Stage 4.
How are you reducing the Special Reverse in Stage 4?
You don’t get Special Reverse until Stage 5, but depending on the team is how you come across it.
