I kinda got some conflicting information about inf rail: I've kinda ran multiple trails earlier with different speeds and with hoverboard and none hoverboard and... The result shows that no matter what speed or none hoverboard, I still get some where of 1 Million Steps (with Five 6 Stars FF) every 30-35 seconds consistently So basically Under 2 Million Steps a Minute. No matter if hoverboard or not, 1k or 10K or 20k speed, still the same So I think it's best is to save your eyes and keep the speed like 1-2k or 655 with no hoverboard but do what you want with that information
This no longer works but you can use your normal type of version by using no hoverboard and doing this in current diamond terminal. *Speed goes down on hoverboard, not on normal feets*

So good and bad news. So it doesn’t work for me on mobile. Good news it dose on my laptop. Well in mobile it just doesn’t let me equip a hoverboard. But in laptop for some reason dose I don’t know what’s the issue but at least dose. My previous comment didn’t mention the hoverboard cuz I thought of it but it didn’t work And I was on laptop but now it does weird. I sit at 1500 steps cuz it counts the most steps for me. I think that’s the hardware limit for me but thanks anyway 👍
They didn’t, not for mobile at least. Rail grind without board has been capped at 655 speed for probably over a year now (I figured this out in Hill Too with Super Sonic when he came out). But with board, it is unlimited speed; though the steps rewarded every second has a cap (was that what you were talking about?).

Try using a controller with mobile either Xbox or ps5 it should work once connected you cand use the left dpad to equip it
