@@ohvienna also i hope this isn't weird but i've been watching this on a loop for like..a week or something LOL and the way you intercut those scenes of Shauna's attempted abortion....the shots you chose and the way you cut them in...they almost look like she's writhing in pleasure instead of pain and idk if that's what you meant but it makes for a REALLY interesting sequence

I don't think I had that thought in a v. specifically intentional way for that shot and what's going on in the scene, but in the sense that it's all wrapped up in Shauna's relationship with sex that's also all wrapped up in and and warped by her experiences/trauma...(I definitely cut from her vibrator to a knife).

when i first saw this amazing vid, i added this song to a playlist i have called "hell hath no fury" and....unforunately...im revisiting MANY of those songs today and also your vid reads extremely different. but also it remains a safe space, does that make sense?
