Shiori 6* UB: permanent buff attack and dps per UB and if the enemy defeated, She gained TP by a lot to spam again (making her a machine gun!) The sss units there are 3 of them are easy to grind since the dungeon shop!?
I think shiori might get her 6 star in march or april ...they wont be releasing her 6 star in February (or so i think) because according to the 6star list in February 2020 they released -Rei,Hiyori and Yui In February 2021 they released -Kyouka,Misogi and Mimi And In February 2022 they released -S.Karyl,S.Pecorine,S.Kokkoro So if they follow the same pattern In February 2023 they might release 3 limited characters or maybe mixed guilds like Makato Yuki and Shiori (Hopefully T T) If not then they will probably release a single 6 star (Which i think will be ayumi makato or tsumugi) But hey i can always be wrong... You never know what they are cooking at Cygames (Cygames the trickster)2

Don't underestimate Tamaki. She can deal significant damage to magical char and BOSSES as well. I know it's your opinion but I can tell you one thing: I have been using her a lot in TW server in PVP and PVE.

I have all current characters at 6* right now, and I already have all the material necessary to get them 6* all I need to do is wait for their levels to drop. But like you don’t understand how happy I am to see Akino at SSS tier since not many people like her as a character or some say that she’s “garbage” so I finally get to use her in clan battle again like how I used to when I first got her. I also started playing on the JP server of this game so I’m hoping that I can get her so I can farm her shards like crazy and get her to six stars. Also is there any way to tell what characters are coming next or what order the rerun banners come in cause I am so lost on that account.
For JP there’s not really a good way to know what rerun banners are happening unfortunately. But yeah it’s epic that 6 star upgrades bring characters back into the meta.

Akari and Akino I look forward to getting. However, the way the game is as I experience it, it appears that some people are able to get these 6☆ characters unlocked at level 100 with all five star characters. And I'm at level 154 with 5 star characters and can not even get 6☆ Pecorrine. Game is really broken. Only reason I play now is for the wallpapers.🤪

why is Peco just a B? I'm still using her all the time in Arena... is she going to fall off that hard? I'd personally put Lima on SSS, she and... yukari are the best tanks in the game imho.
This is not a strength tier list, this is a how worth is it to upgrade relative to the others. So it’s not that peco is weak, it’s that the other units introduced are stronger or have more utility.
Ninon 6* is considered one of the most broken PvP unit (if not the most) ever released in this game. She completely change the PvP meta forever. You can't put Hatsune SSS tier and only A for Ninon, this doesn't make any sense. Hatsune, while very strong, is way more balanced than what Ninon 6* is. It's really not a matter of opinion here. If there are shitton of guide about how to use and counters Ninon 6* on bilibili, it's not for nothing. Also Hiyori should be S tier, current meta really need her to consistently beat some gigamaxed defenses (i.e. maxed KKR / Yukari / Maho / mKasumi). But here I agree it's more open to discussion than the Ninon 6* case.

Hiyori and Ninon are S+ tier for more than 1 year so they are VERY HIGH priority.
I think the highest I would put them is S. Granted almost everyone above B tier arguably can be swapped around depending on someone’s opinions.

Everyone has different opinions xD also some characters are super strong on release and fall off so those tend to fall lower on my lists.
