Hello friend, I’m struggling to connect a 24VDC maglock direct to 28-29.. I measure a 12VAC component on top of the 24DC.. I’ve tried all logics options, the Thalia Op is brand new In fact I bought 2 and it’s all the same. How can I get rid of the AC component for good? It should be straightforward 24DC .. is it something to return the ops for faulty behavior or is it me? 🙏🏻 please help

Also you can call us at 877-995-8155 for further help in troubleshooting or to get into programming menu Logic to change the #
