Hey guys! I don't usually do compilations but tried it this time to make it easier to search my bulgogi recipe. I know that searching for shorts isn't that easy, so let me know if you'd like to see more compilations of my shorts recipes!
Here is the Bulgogi recipe on my website: www.cafemaddy....

Do you have any recipes or different ways on how to cook flank steak?

Yay good to know, thank you! Usually in Korean cuisine flank steak is cut to bite size and put in soup that’s cooked for a longer time so the tough steak gets tender! You can google “cafemaddy miyukguk” and when using flank steak, simmer the soup for longer 30-45 min (or else it will be tough)

@@CafeMaddy Ohh okay, thank you! Would you still bring the soup to a boil for 5 minutes with everything and then simmer for 30-45mins? Or would it be better to just keep the soup simmering all throughout without bringing it to a boil?
My boss made me korean seaweed soup once and it was delicious! I didn't know you could use flank steak for it so I'm excited 😄

Where did you get beef like that, all of the stores near don’t have meat that looks like good, if they have it at all?

Some areas have Asian grocery stores that sell thinly sliced meats, and in a pinch a lot of American supermarkets have shaved beef meant for cheesesteak sandwiches.

Absolutely!! Cucumber kimchi would be so good with this meal since it’ll be like a refreshing sharp side dish. Here’s the recipe; th-cam.com/users/shortsgfTiUmz9z6o?si=ZG_1OxynV4DvC3FG
