Asking Aqua what she's doing is basically a Heisenbergian Uncertainty problem: The measurement/question screws up the result, because now she will definitely be hyperventilating while trying to come up with an answer.
Clearly the right answer is following Sora's example, getting you a spyglass and a vantage point, and observing from afar unnoticed.

@@01100101011100100111 Tbh, after being on the internet for god knows how long now, most people I know who "heads" virtual organizations - ingame guilds, clans, forums, etc. - are introverts IRL. If I have to guess, maybe it's because it allows them to express themselves without actually meeting other people face to face. Many of these introverts are actually capable people, it's just that they lack RL venues for self-expression.
