  • // 20 Min Full Body Strength & Mobility Workout //
    This is a fun workout focusing on the entire body!
    The exercises are a combination of strength, mobility, and a bit of cardio as well. We'll repeat each set of two exercises twice, so our body gets used to the movement.
    This type of workout also works on improving our balance and challenges our brain with some fun coordinational exercises!
    I recommend you warm up before you start moving. Check out my warm up routine:
