Little explanation:
-Ichigo being related to Ganju means he is part of the Shiba Clan, one of the five nobles households is Soul Society (In the same level of the Kuchiki and Yoruichi household)
This also explains why Ichigo can grow so much and so quick
-Ywach says "Son" because he is the father of all quincys.
-The three Fullbringers reincarnated because they were humans before (and once you reach enough spiritual pressure, you keep your memories of your life on earth, something a lot of Souls don't have)

Well ishin is their actual uncle, they are from the Shiba clan they bear the same surname before he married Masaki,so yeah.

fyi the familial connection to ichigo that the shiba have is how Aizen knew they were coming in through the west gate during ss arc. thats why Gin was waiting there and said "oh your ichigo" even though at that point no one beside byakya and renji should have know his name.

They never really explain it because they made it pretty apparent but that was Ichigos dad and he is their uncle. Ichigos dad's real last name is Shiba and they were originally one of the noble houses until they fell off after Ichigos dad abandoned Soul Society to live in the real world. As far as Ginjo and Tsukishima go from what I understand when someone dies in the real world their spirit is sent to the rukon district or something like that. With those 2 they are being trained to be actual Soul Reapers considering how proficient they were with spirit energy as humans
