I love the Friends socks ♥️! I haven’t been to a DT in ages, or any store for that matter (car and health issues) I even do the Walmart grocery delivery now. Hi Jody, nice haul. I like that spinner and welcome sign. I’m glad you got your port in. You didn’t mention about if the doctor gave you a prescription for numbing cream to put on the port before you go. It’s called Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream 30 grams size. Put it on within an hour before your infusions. Don’t rub in but leave a good amount on the port site. You can use a large gauze pad first but when you go to infusions , ask the nurse for theTegaderm IV advanced bandaid type coverings to use instead of the gauze pads. They have plenty at the hospitals, hard to find at pharmacies. They will give it to you free to help numb the port site as the small needle has to go into skin first then into the port. You will adjust how much cream to use as you go on. Also put cream a little around the port area. Let me know how it goes. Praying for you. Have a blessed weekend❤p.s. they give the port coverings free not the cream; that you will have to buy. Call doctors office to fax prescription to your pharmacy so you have it ready for next week.

In southern Wisconsin we had the increase on soda a few weeks ago. Today, every section of one DT had $3, $5 items. One shelf $1.25 and $5 items on the shelf above. Once people move things around you have no idea what costs what. That's why they plan to have one scanner for each store. I checked out and 2 items rang up more than I expected
we don't have any wood things at our store,just the same old stuff. Great haul.

The port is going to make your infusion much easier. That Dollar Tree needs to change their name. 😂😂😂. That Bunny, makes the sign totally worth. Oh gosh the back of the socks has the different ones.

I❤Easter/ spring! Glad to hear you got a port, I wondered after you said how difficult sticks were getting if you talked about a port- so far at my store only the Pepsi has increased in price.

I buy the Girl Scout cookies thin mints and we like them frozen. I the summer they are a delicious cold snack. You may have tried them that way also.

The energy drinks are $2.75 now and there is now $3.00 shampoo.
I had a port in my arm when I was on 24 hr day antibiotics for a spider bite that was infectious- it was easier-than finding a vein every time I needed a refill
You can find a lot of 1.00 items at Dollar General now 2 or 3 aisles

I just threw out my very rusted spinner I had bought from Temu. They are terrible. It would not spin even in heavy wind.😣
My son works at a Bargain Food Store they quit selling Coca-Cola because they went up.
People need to realize that it cost to make the stuff in the stores and everything is going up not just at the dt those cookies, I bought some at the dollar general and the were twice as much as the dt yes they were mint flavored but to me they didn't really taste like the girl scout ones and the cookie part wasn't even chocolate!!! I want to find the dt ones we have a big 1 close to us (25 miles) but they don't carry a lot of food items
