Subbed. I am LOVING your vids. In the US there are no hawker centers like this. Some large cities have big open markets that are similar, but they are the exception, not the norm. I SO wish I were in Singapore, I'd probably eat at a hawker stall every day! Keep up the great work highlighting this amazing food culture!
Thanks Casey.. our Hawkers are facing great challenge now as the Govt has yet again ramped up the Covid mitigation measures.. the masses are now working from home and people are swaying towards the convenience of food delivery albeit at a much higher price.. my videos here is to create awareness and hopefully encourage more locals to come forward and support our Hawkers.
14:13 Curry Rice stall. I like the owner's attitude. So friendly and full of smiles even under his face mask you could tell he was smiling. I just want to say, sometimes it's not just the food, it's your attitude that gets you more customers. Kindness begets kindness. I'm sure this curry rice stall owner has a lot of returning customers not just for his food. I would want to patronize his stall too someday. I like people like him who are so positive.

Did you try switching to higher resolution? TH-cam sometimes pick the lower resolution based on data speed. It’s shot at full 4K. iphone should be able to watch at 2160p max
