Rigsangla, could you please make a video advising me on accommodation and food options in London? I’ll be staying there for about two weeks. Thank you!
Living in London is an adventure, and yes, it can be a bit pricey. In Sydney, you can find a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for $3985 per month. Thanks Rigsang for sharing this cool info!
@RigsangLa may b common wealth countries r more expensive 🤣🤣UK,Australia, Canada... in Toronto 1 bedroom is $2000 after covid n inflation n minimum pay is $16.75 dunno how low income people afford n live.. n people r depending on food bank thesedays
Thanks, rigsang la. This video video is very helpful for everyone because i have never counted monthly payments. You know my expenses are quite similar. Anyways, thank you very much for posting this video about monthly bills.
It expensive most of the places abroad at the same time we can earn as well, in India I personally thought everything is expensive compare to what one can earn unless it’s private business or something! New York half of income goes to rent and if you are working for cash health insurance is free but if you are working on paper, tax is huge may be you get health insurance, but still we are able to support family back home at some extend!
Thank you for the super informative video. Different rules I guess, In America if we are renting we don't pay for water and home tax. Home owner pays those. Interesting!
Which part of America you talking about , if you deep dive in the process of Monthly renting apartment or lease that you are paying include water as well, not only the rent for apartment . Some apartment rent includes water, electric etc.. which the land lord doesn’t mentioned on lease paper , but somehow everything include in the rent . For example , combo pizza , which includes everything . Regular pizza is just limited item. Hope u get it . Nothing is free in America .

The rent is still reasonable. I pay $1500 for just a master room, and I share the rest of the common areas with other housemates in a top Southeast Asian Country.
I was little confused about the council tax. First i thought you have to pay the property tax as a tenant in London, but then i came to know that it was not property tax. It seems to me that you doing well with budgeting. Here in Indonesia things are cheap.
@@RigsangLa Yes, Toronto and Vancouver are really bad. The rent is higher in these 2 cities than New York since April 2024. The median home price is also higher in Toronto than New York.
