What size bottom screen are you using? What is the fines+ material used for? I'm looking to do the same thing and scalp my crusher run pile.

I like that it cleans through the dirt but why not have the conveyor drop the concrete directly into a crusher instead of a ground pile. Now it needs to have a pay loader pick it up and move it again. Waste of additional fuel and man hours.
