Both! Since starting out with Stream, I've got 2 Glass TVs, one 65" on the wall in the lounge, and one 43" on the wall in our bedroom. One Stream Puck in the kitchen and one in my workshop in the garage. Loving the Sky streaming infrastructure, after getting used to it. EDIT: and yes the 65" is a heavy beast. Took 4 of us to hang it on the wall. About 33KG I believe.

Stream has been amazing, few bugs That need sorting, being able to delete continue watching on the rail. Have so many programs in play list from amazon, Apple, Netflix, Disney and sky and channel 4 and so far it’s worked so amazing, odd time have to unplug the puck for reset but so far so impressed with it all. Hopeful sky improve the bugs with updates as the continue rail annoys me as so many shows on there I want to get rid of. Love how it works together. I do wonder if the puck does fail in future If sky will replace free as I am sure they will be updated and get faster. Have a good bank holiday 👍👍👍
I actually pre-ordered this and cancelled it after seeing the TV in a Sky Shop in the MetroCentre, I found the picture to be pretty dull and lifeless, and got my Samsung OLED which blows the picture quality somewhere else... If they were to release one with a better panel than Philips/TPV I might consider as with a finance plan or paying upright the TV is your own. I think I'll be getting the Sky Stream to pair with my OLED set, maybe I'll try the next version as I keep forgetting I have stuff paused on my Samsung and if it's on an input like Virgin it'll just show the static image and darken slightly after time until there is motion. Thankfully apps use the screensaver
I got Virgin TV at the moment and I watch alot on demand as I have subscriptions to ITV and Channel 4 so I'd prefer watching them advert free that way, and Sky Stream I think will manage these series better with this setup than Virgin
I've used a Fire Stick and Fire cube and wasn't a fan tbh. I like the idea of the Apple TV and have heard good things, plus I have a MacBook so AirPlay would certainly be nice! Found your channel because of your Sky Stream vids, I've only had it for a month and Sky has already had to send me a replacement puck :/ Seems a little more reliable now, fingers crossed it stays that way!
I have Sky Stream and Apple TV 4K. Overall I am happy with Sky Stream but the first thing I noticed is the processor is nowhere near as powerful as the Apple TV. I think there is still some work needed on the Sky Stream software, a few bugs need sorting particularly on the hit and miss fast forward operation. I would also like to see an option just to add a single episode or series to a play list instead of every series ever made coming up on your screen when you select one.
Also sky must be less paranoid for accessing their content. They could sell just the cards and allow people use whatever decoder they want. Or stop charging additional fee if they detect sky stream is launch from different ip than your home in which is ridiculous as IP address may change
I have a high def LGV and it has the backlight shining in one area, so an Apple TV looks like it’s on the cards, or maybe I could win one somewhere lol. Keep up the good work mate.

Apple TV. I’ve been debating whether to get one as I’ve got an Amazon cube. Ive seen sky glass not overly impressed tbh I’ve got virgin atm but like the sound of sky stream. Much better layout. Keep up the good work
Great well thought out video. But if you can have a dish, no one in their right mind our opt for Glass or Stream over Q. You lose the ability to record, and the TV you get with Sky Glass is vastly under-spec’d for the price

I’d prefer Stream as the TV is pants!!! It’s spec is abysmal it’s a sub par TV & you can’t do anything else with it. I have FreeSat HD & FreeView HD built in. I’d buy a Sky Q TV tomorrow if it came out, I want Satellite & aerial inputs & a HDD for storage of recordings

Part one gets recorded to cloud but part two is always missing even though added to playlist. Also no Picture in Picture anymore which was useful of seeing when a show was starting on another channel. Aside form that had Stream for two weeks and overall impressed.
If you have a good tv and sound system. Just get the puc. But the tv is good, sound is excellent, like the best sound out of any tv since the crt days. So if you need a tv, and dont have surround sound, yes its a decent option. We have a stupid 65inch one (wifes suprise buy!), I hate the size, out 50" was more thsn fine, but it is a nice tv. I just wont admit to her i like it. She pays so it doesnt cost me beer tockens. But 65" is too big for any home! Watching the footy is like being sat in the pub. Our surround soimd died about two uear ago, and i never replaced it, and im sure this tv soumds better than thr old ss soumded.
One thing i hate about this new sky interface is the ui, i know it's now the new standard, that roku set, that Amazon improved on and everyone followed. But i liked the original non sky hd ui, its still the best one they ever had. Ichated the sky HD ui and icthink its got worse on every iteration I just want a long list of the channels I can skip though page by page fast. I just may be old! But that was simple.

When I was researching a few weeks ago on ITV X and BBC player and Brit Box I asked why BBC iPlayer was different on sky to apple and Other streaming devices. Apparently it’s just code whatever that is lol and that it will all be standardise across all platforms.

Glass is not the best but I love stream that’s really good I can move the TV anywhere no horrible dish. And all programs are there on playlists.
