Since 2004, Hot Chip has released a string of ambitious and creatively bold albums of soulful, lyrical and melodic electronic pop. I've looked up multiple live versions of this song, and every time the guy who comes in near the end (04:24) ruins it every time. I love this song but have trouble watching live versions because of that guy.

@@atlantic_love She was only ever their touring drummer at that time. She is effectively now Harry Styles' stick woman and tours and records with him. I believe she is married to his guitarist...
@@davidarmstrong1666 I've been watching a lot of both Hot Chip and Harry Styles, and I really feel that she was much happier with Hot Chip. IMO Hot Chip's music was a lot better than where she is now.
@@atlantic_love I think that's down to individual personal taste. I would never see Harry Styles live and couldn't name one of his songs as I am not into his music, however I have seen Hot Chip a fair few times with and without Sarah in the band. With regards to her being happier? Well she gets to play/ tour with her husband and probably is getting a lot more coin for playing with Harry Styles, not that money is the be all... She is pregnant at the moment so no doubt all her energy right now is on that. Really like her drumming technique.
@@davidarmstrong1666 Most definitely she would enjoy getting to play with her husband, but in all of the videos I've seen (never seen either band live) she does seem to be much more into it with Hot Chip. I'm happy for her having a baby, as someone who loves percussion work and the type of sound that Hot Chip puts out, I hope we'll continue to see Sarah Jones in the future. Maybe if I'm lucky she'll do some gigs with them :)
