Yeah apparently it's a Low Outerversal level weapon via scaling to El Hermano as it was the only thing that could kill him when he shrugged off one of Rolf's Super Destruction Blasts which are 10x stronger than the Son of a Shepard of Universe 21, Rolf. Rolf is powerful enough to fold the entirety of Universe 69 into a lawn chair as seen during episode 420 of Dragon Ball Super where he does so to sit down during the Tournament of Power 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Just imagine if goku started charging an ultimate kamehameha, and then condensed it into his fist, then just delivers a gut punch to broly or another strong character, and when it makes contact you just see a blue beam explode out of their back kind like the thing Hit's attacks do. Would be kinda sick.
Edit:but instead of being a small fist sized line, it would be smaller near the point where it came out of their back and expand outward like a kamehameha normally would, though now that I think about it I feel like this should be a gohan thing.

Okay i tried this for myself and:
1. Goku, bulma and krillen have travelled to namek
2. Krillen reveals hes telepathic
3. Frieza appears with a demonic voice and is much stronger in telepathy
4. They run away
5. They train in a gravity chamber and bulma teaches them how to fly
6. They find a destroyed village and are now looking for survivors
7. There is an elderly namekian called Elder Naes
8. He teaches Goku an extremely powerful technique
9. Elder naes shows goku the technique and the sky turns dark and it starts raining
10. Krillen screams and there is a hole in the wall with a trail of blood leading to it, he is crying and sobbing. He had tried to "fight the rain" wtf?
11. Bulma stays to train with the others while goku learns a powerful attack with elder naes
12. Elder naes tells goku to catch him and he does so, he then tells him to punch him in the face repeatedly
13. Elder naes goes back to his house
14. Goku goes to the training grounds at night and 3 more elders approach him warning him not to be outside at night
15. Goku says hes training to defeat frieza, they say thats their goal too
16. They do not wish to train but a man with a metal gauntlet called Magos Cern does
17. Magos needs more people to train with, goku finds someone who points at 3 men
18. One loudly yells "FUCK YOU" And goku blasts him with a beam of energy killing him instantly
19. The guy who was pointing is called Matti but he doesnt wish to train, 2 weeks later
20. Goku finds someone called Elizabeth and she is a healer, goku asks her if she can heal krillen
She then proceeded to say "Oh! A friend of trunks's is coming"
At first I thought this was a mere coincidence but once Goku searched for Frieza he found a man with red armour and a rifle. He asks who he is and he says his name is "Captain Ginyu"
21. Ginyu turns out not to be working for frieza but works for Galaxy corps and is a stormtrooper along with #18
22. Turns out they have been tracking down friezas sons. #18 and someone else
23. Turns out there is a stormtrooper 18 and a frieza 18
24. They invade the fortress as the walls crumble hopefully crushing frieza, goku ends up in a room where there is 2 people on the bed and one on the chai
25. The 2 people on the bed are huddled up, one is absolutely skin and bones and the other one has a large fat stomach "You can only guess this is Son Gohan and his Sister Videl"
26. Gohan attacks Goku thinkin he is his brother, goku calms him down
27. Goku asks why there is literally a dude who is flesh and bones and a dude who is extremely fat, Gohan says that the fat man is Chiaotzu and he couldn't help himself.
28. Goku trains gohan for a few weeks in the art of combat
29. They arrive in a large fake throne room with an arena, they ignore it as they need to defeat frieza
30. Gohan opens a gigantic golden gate and goku is instantly shot by a beam and is thrown into a wall. Gohan attacks frieza but is shot aswell
31. Gohan states that Frieza is a "killer majin" and there are many of his kind, they must finish him off now!
32. Gohan distracts frieza as Goku shoots him
33. Frieza shoots goku and apologizes and says "I wasn't really aiming for you... well actually I was, but not your fuchia hair b..."
34. Goku unleashes a beam of energy into the majins eye, Frieza pins gohan down breaking his bones
35. Goku uses the "powerful attack" Elder Naes taught him and Frieza exploded "Bubbles...." "Bubbles..."
36. Krillen arrives fully healed and Frieza is barely alive
This was convenient so I got frieza to blow him up and i received 2 lines saying
37. Krillen is blown up and Gohan goes on a rampage
38. Master Roshi eats too many donuts and dies....
Wow thats nice
39. Goku becomes very angry and transforms into the Ultimate Super Saiyan Form, mr popo dies while playing dice...
40. Goku lets out a barrage of punches towards frieza but dodges them all, gohan takes the opening and beats up frieza and blows him up firing a ki blast until every bit of flesh is gone
41. They celebrate and have a party in friezas fortress, eating all kinds of foods with the namekian survivors being invited.
42. Videl is extremely happy and hugs goku, Gohan gets mad and lashes out at goku and flies away
43. Goku goes after gohan and asks him whats wrong, Gohan is mad that Goku was the one who killed Frieza and not him. He then proceeded to transform into a monstrous super saiyan form
44. Goku tells gohan that he is just a child and shouldn't be killing people in the first place, Gohan then transforms into a blue sluggish creature and attacks him
