I've been into detailing since the mid 90s. I've often felt that a freshly washed/polished/waxed/vacuumed and dusted car performs better than a grotty one. It doesn't. Placebo effect or something! In this case though it will, as it's not carting half a ton of sand, rocks and dirt around with it! Hell of a turn round!
Not wrong there! 4 hours this took just to pressure wash the mud off the outside! 😴 All that weight reduction has to make a difference lol. So sad knowing it will be caked back on there within a few days/weeks being on the farm. 😥
Good job with the detailing man, I burst into laughter when I realize that despite how dirty this ute appears, the owner still put an air-freshener on the AC vent lol
Oh my God, I was absolutely gobsmacked at 15:17. How on earth does the interior of a car even get this muddy? 😲😨 You did an absolutely phenomenal job!! 👏
I love cars since when I was 10 years old. When I was a Year 10 (15 years old) in 2013, I really wanted a job that involves cars. Until my high school had a Year 10 Work Exploration day, and my grandmother suggested me working at a car dealer to clean and detail cars there, so I thought I would give it a try. And I really enjoyed it so much I really wanted to come back and work here as long as I live, which I did at the start of 2014 (when I became Year 11). Now, I'm still working at that same car dealer (now under new management and a different name). I've been subscribed to other car detailing channels (e.g. your channel, Detail Geek, AMMO NYC, Stauffer Garage, WD Detailing, MAD DETAILING), and watching every move the detailer does to improve my productivity and diligence. As much as I enjoy working as a car detailer, I really enjoy these kind of satisfying videos, keep them coming!
Thanks Trent Jordan, it's so good to hear from a fellow enthusiast! I'm definitely always learning better ways to do things to improve my quality and also efficiency. Will keep the videos coming! 😁
Oh wow what a transformation the ute was dirty as never seen the inside that dirty i used to be a detailer for a company. You did a great job cleaning it up. ☺
Dave Crowhurst, I may do in future videos. Just have to get my talking while recording skills up first. Can talk all good off camera and as soon as I'm recording myself talking sound like a totally different person. 🤣 probably be a bit better if I had a good quality microphone instead of my phone lol I'll have to invest in a good one. 🙂

Adrian Banks, cars in South Australia aren't checked when they're reregistered. The owner has owned since brand new so it would have never been checked for roadworthy since brand new. 🙃
At the beginning of the video, I thought that, inside of the car needs a pressurized water and you did it at 7:45 :) Great job mate. Subscribed to your channel :)
The owner is a produce farmer. Lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, ect. Driving up and down the rows of produce all day every day getting in and out every few metres. Safe to assume the doors were likely left open most the time to save that touch bit of time and also the drivers window was stuck down permanently. The drivers side door also had to be lifted to close it as the hinges had worn from being opened and closed so many times per day that the door had dropped. 😱 Definitely has had a hard life. This ute has seen things. 🤣
On wheels I typically use Meguiars All Wheel Cleaner. The bare metals in the video that are stained with the stubborn red dirt I used an acid based metal cleaner. 🙂
That was really dirty and full of mid I am really pleased to see the transformation you did on the car , great job done ✅✅✅✅ I want to see the full video please

I've cleaned my hilux 3X it was an ex mine car and I've literally cleaned it many times however mud stains come back on surface. I also want to know what chemical to use at the end after cleaning to give nice shine look.?? Thanks
I used Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner for the cleaning. And Aerospace 303 UV Protectant for the flooring. You will also need to scrub and scrub or use a steamer. The floor may go white in spots from the steamer but the 303 will make it nice again. 😁
The owner was a produce farmer. Driving up and down rows of lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, ect. all day every day getting in and out every few metres.
