OMG Noel, you really like to push yourselves to the limits with how much travel you can do in a set time!
How about an around the world or UK-Australia by low cost carrier?!
All in economy, and NO comfy wide bodied aircraft on carriers like Scoot or JetStar’s 787’s or Air Asia X A330’s!
All has to be in single aisle A320’s and 737!
    You do something crazy like:
Blue Air - Luton to Bucharest
Wizz Air - Bucharest to Dubai World Central
    (taxi over to Dubai Airport)
Go Air - Dubai to Mumbai
Thai Lion Air - Mumbai to Bangkok Dong Mueang
Air Asia - Bangkok Dong Mueang to Kuala Lumpur
Citilink - Kuala Lumpur to Bali
Malindo Air - Bali to Brisbane
Tiger Air Australia - Brisbane to Sydney or Melbourne
    OR
(with longer sectors on 737's and A320's)
Jazeera Airways - Gatwick to Kuwait
Air Arabia - Kuwait to Kuala Lumpur (via Sharjah)
AIr Asia - Kuala Lumpur to Bali

Sometimes you can get cheaper flights with layovers. Prolly allot of time was spent shopping for tickets, and checking with travellers for which days flights are cheapest. Again, allot of work and time, but doable.
