Nick Dowd and Mariah Bons met Peep outside of the tour bus around 3:48 p.m. As most excited fans would, they mentioned to Peep that they had marijuana and concentrates on them. Peep offered hospitality to both of the fans so that they could smoke on the bus in private. According to Nick Dowd, Mariah Bons gave Mackned the Xanax bars he had requested through DMs earlier that day, once they were eventually allowed on the bus. Peep then escorted the fans to his bedroom in the back of the bus while Nick took a video. The video was time stamped at 4:00 p.m. that evening. Peep mentioned that he did not want (Nick) to record any drugs on the bus due to the fact that the fans were still minors. Once they arrived at the back of the bus, the three began to take dabs and talk for about 20 minutes until Peep began to nod out. Once he became coherent again, Peep apologized and mentioned to the fans that he had taken “roxy 30s”. This caused Nick Dowd to bring up the fact that Mackned requested a connect for opiates. He also mentioned to Peep that he did not have access to those kinds of drugs. Then, the three began to smoke a joint and discuss unreleased music from Makonnen. When Peep stood up to shut the back-room door, the drugs began to kick in a lot harder. Peep instructed the fans to put their phones on the table and then proceeded to sit back down. Nick passed the joint back to Peep and at this point he nodded off with the joint still in his hand. Wanting to hear the unreleased music, Nick attempted to wake Peep up. Once awake, Peep began mumbling for Nick to retrieve his phone that ended up on the floor. Once Nick gave him his phone, Peep nodded off again while searching through his phone for the music. Not realizing the severity of the situation, Nick Dowd began recording Peep passed out around 4:35 p.m. As they were all sitting there awkwardly, Mariah’s brother called from prison requesting to speak with Peep. He woke up for a few seconds and mumbled incoherent things, then nodded back off. At this point, Nick and Mariah went to the front of the bus to alert Mackned that Peep was heavily sedated. Nick eventually walked to the back again to find Peep snoring, but he me
