Omg I had a necklace that would tangle in my hair so I had to switch the chain and it never did it again. But there is no way i could wear this piece if it does that. Dang, I really wanted to purchase this 😢
It may be worth it to go into a store and try it on! I've only heard a few people complain that this is an issue for them so maybe it won't be for you 🤞🏼
I have this necklace and don’t have any issues with it. It doesn’t snag my hair at all

U prob need to lower the bar down, maybe try low bar squats!
This was helpful, thank you! I started pulling my necklace more forward and squatting with the bar slightly lower and now I don't have to take the necklace off as frequently 😄
It’s not your hair .its something wrong with the clasp. I don’t enjoy the necklace anymore so I don’t used it because of the hair .
Ah, did you have the same issue? Did you ever try to take it to Cartier to get it fixed?
You should take this necklace back to Cartier… it should not be getting caught in your hair period. Please go in store and see someone.
Thanks so much for the advice! I went to a store after and the SA was like "This happens to me all the time just take it off and you can burn your hair off with a lighter then it'll be fine" which was not an answer I was happy with 🙃
