There are many many cultures where living with your parents is normal, even after marriage. To my knowledge only the USA puts a stigma on it.
in the USA there's this idea of independency the moment you are 18 which i've always found it weird because it is unnecessary expenses for you but living with your parents after marriage is kind of weird in latin america, too.
