There’s still good deals but you must do your research before going to the Coin Shops. I always give them phone call & ask for Silver Ounce Price or Over Spot. Solid advice as usual. Been collecting/stacking for decades and do have a certain amount of generic incase I need to unload for unforeseen bills or repairs. Generic is kinda used as a bank account. Vintage silver and gold are more for retirement. I do buy 1oz gold coins occasionally but for me the sweet spot is 1/4oz AU. Much easier to buy on the regular (for me) with not as large of a premium of 1/10oz. I also believe in future 1/4oz will be a lot easier to sell in say the next 20-30yrs. With that said if a 1/10oz fits in your weekly or biweekly budget its better to buy that than no gold at all imo. Buy steady and over time not only does it pile up but it retains and gains value much better than the dollar. Plus untraceable in amounts under 10G. Thanks for the solid vid/info savage✌

I blew my wad, not really, but grabbed my monthly amount, with my LCS, he hooked me up with a decent deal. He did say it was crickets with the prices ballooning like they have. Got a bit of all of what I like, silver, gold, and platinum.👍 PS. The silver I got was .90% because he was offering 20x face for $5 or more, which is the same as it was when it was $23 or so spot. Had $230 in my pocket, I got 1 gr of gold, 1 gr of Platinum, and $4.50 face of constitutional. I did get a SLQ with this purchase, no date, but it still a badness coin I'll take. Keep stacking.👍
He originally stated 22× face, the price was attractive at $5 face, he pulled the Kennedy at my request to make the deal happen. My LCS dealer knows I like veriety, and I'm not loaded, so he gave me a break on my purchases. I continue to stop there because he has added a dime or quarter outside of the deal, knowing I'll continue being a constant, if he gives me some of the margin/premium back..👍

If you want gold or silver and you have the money, just buy it. That’s my philosophy. Will it drop temporarily? Probably, but it’s only temporary.
I think about $300-$400 of gold's price is speculation...

Depends where you live. In the UK all bullion deals except gold coins come with a 20% VAT Liability. I but only Britannia's and Sovereigns.
