Going to sound strange, but one of the most sublime food experiences I ever had, was a portuguese restaurant on Rue Des Americains in **Brussels ! Simple but sublime components. I was enchanted, and forever impacted.

The black scabbard fish is ugly, yes, but the flavor is wonderful, for me Portugal has one of the best cuisines in the world, the fish and seafood dishes are for me the best in the world, I apologize to the Japanese who are also excellent in this aspect .
