Customer service is absolute katastrophal. I contacted 5 Distributors to buy UV printer, but got zero offer. My thought now is, what happens when I buy a Mimaki machine and need urgent service or spareparts.

How do you get it to stick to metal and glass? My primer and white settings just peel right off.
