A similar video was uploaded by my friend Presnt called "Minecraft but we start in the END". Except in this video we used a mod to make the end dimension even crazier!
This is a Minecraft (1.16) Challenge in which I try to speedrun the game, but we start in the end dimension. This concept was originally created by @Dream. - เกม

Imagine this was the next minecraft update that featured a new strongest material: enderite called the End City Update.
What happened at 10:15?? Your health went from 2 hearts to full in a cut.
You probably didn't notice, but when he built that 1 by 2 block wall (meaning his boarder used 2 blocks on the ground and used no blocks to make his wall use only 2 blocks), his 2 hearts were healed.
Unless you were talking about the other thing that happened before, then idfk?
