Nope. It is an anti-Tank item that helps his basic attack and his w as well take 8% current enemy health. You see these sometimes.

@taxcle7267 no it don't, when you play against tank like ornn who build more armor than HP uou can't build it cuz botrk deals psychical damage

@@_Bartu_ oh yeah your right. didn't read as physical damage instead of true damage. still pantheon already great at have 51% armor pen with passive and a item.
