Baber, Shaheen and Rizwan are the different sides of the same coin. Their gang wont let any new player to come in to the team and perform. Because they know that if a new youngster performs they will be replaced. Take an example of rohail nazir (wk), he has been performing in domestic since a long time but he is not allowed to come near to the team bcoz he can replace Rizwan because of his good batting technique. Rather they prefer Sarfaraz to sit on the bench bcoz he is no more a threat to Rizwan anymore.
